Most people exercise to keep fit. It keeps the heart healthy and can add years to your life. But did you know that you can exercise for better sex too?

Here are some reasons why you should exercise for your sexual health:

Studies have shown that exercise makes you feel sexy. When you are fit and healthy, you have an improved body image. This, naturally, leads to you feeling desirable and comfortable.

People who exercise more have more sex. This is due, in part, to the fact that those who exercise more tend to be healthier and have more attractive bodies, and enjoy physical activity in general (sex included).

Penis health is heart health. As erectile dysfunction is often caused by circulatory problems, ensuring that your blood vessels and arteries are not blocked is key. In a study of men over the age of 50, researchers found that those who were physically active reported better erections and a 30 per cent lower risk of impotence than men who were inactive.

The feeling of pleasure you feel after a romp in the bedroom is not unlike the high you get after a solid workout. Both are caused by the release of endorphins, and the more frequent and intense the releases, the easier it is for sexual arousal and pleasure in the future. Research shows that women who frequently workout become aroused more quickly and are able to reach an orgasm faster and more intensely.

While we are not advocating you try out all the positions in the Karma Sutra, being fit and flexible means you have more options between the sheets. With increased fitness levels, you will have greater strength and endurance – you’ll last longer in the bedroom. And who wouldn't want that, right?

Here are some exercises for better sex – we like to call them sexercises. They are best done three to five times a week.

Kegels are excellent for both men (to delay orgasm) and women (to increase satisfaction and reduce vaginal infections). Basically, you contract the muscles you use to stop urinating midstream, known as the pubococcygeal (PC) muscles. Start by doing a short clench, relax and then try for a longer clench for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat 10 times, three times a day at least.

Pelvic lifts mimic the action of having sex. Lie on your back with your knees bent and hands by your side. Next, lift your pelvis up and down in a rhythmic motion, squeezing your butt muscles at the same time. Do one set of five to 10 repeats, increasing the number of sets as you improve.

Do not underestimate the humble push-up. With your hands parallel to your shoulders, lie on the floor on your stomach. Push up with your hands until your arms are straightened and your chest and knees are off the ground. Next, lower your body until it is almost touching the ground. Repeat 10 to 20 times.

Another simple sexercise you can do is crunches, which also has the added benefit of toning your abs. Lie on your back with your knees bent. Cross your feet and lift them so they are parallel to the ground. Cross your hands on your chest and lift it off the ground using your stomach muscles. Do three sets of 20 each.

You may not be religious, but you can still pray for better sex with this exercise. Lie down on your back with your knees bent and legs apart. With your hands in a prayer position, lift your chest off the ground and push your hands through your legs. Do three sets of 20 each.

Bananas. It contains potassium and B vitamins like riboflavin, which increase your energy levels and therefore your sexual performance. Grab a bunch from the supermarket and feed them to your partner the next time, or dip them in chocolate for a sensuous treat.

Avocados. This fruit contains vitamin B6 and potassium, which helps increase male hormone production and aids in regulating the female thyroid gland respectively. Toss some in your salads, or scoop out the insides of the avocado and have your partner lick it off your fingers. Think of it as good, healthy fun.

Contrary to popular belief, alcohol is not an aphrodisiac.

It lowers inhibitions and decreases sexual performance by affecting the brain and blood flow.
Alcohol also lowers testosterone levels and even contributes to erectile dysfunction.
When it comes to sexual health, what's important is a clean bill of health.
But of course, the biggest turn-on lies in the love and respect between you and your partner.

Blogshops move to real world for serious cash

VIRTUAL business ventures are setting up shop in the real world as the popularity of their wares booms.

Blogshop owners - whose businesses are usually hosted on free blog sites - are increasingly hawking their clothes, bags, shoes and other accessories at weekend flea markets.

These online entrepreneurs now regard flea markets - once the exclusive realm of knick-knacks and second-hand goods - as viable outlets. There, they drum up publicity for their websites, get rid of old stock and, for novices, find out what sells.

About 20 blogshop owners who have set up their businesses in the past three years told The Straits Times they usually pay $40 to $50 for five to six hours at flea markets. Of these, more than half reported a 10 per cent to 40 per cent boost in sales.

Ms Esther Hou, 20, who launched blogshop Glamorous Vogue with a partner at the start of the year, said a flea market stint at the Bishan Community Centre last month increased her business by about 40 per cent. The Republic Polytechnic student gave out business cards and fliers at the market, something she cannot do online.

Organisers say blogshops are forming sizeable groups at flea markets, virtually unheard of until recently. Up to 40 per cent of the 60 to 70 stalls at Flea Fly Flo Fun, a monthly market, are blogshops. At Zouk Club's quarterly Flea And Easy market, about a quarter of its 70 stalls also began in the virtual world.

In fact, last month's inaugural Fashionista flea market at the Singapore Management University Concourse was almost wholly populated by blogshops. As many as 80 out of its 100 available booths went to these sellers. All slots, which went for as low as $30 each, were snapped up within one-and-a-half weeks of its registration opening. The next instalment of Fashionista is set to take place on Saturday.

Ms Angie Lim, 21, of Urban Eventz, pointed out that a flea market works especially well for newly established blogshops because it 'gives them a good platform for face-to-face sales, advertising and establishing their name'.

The owner of blogshop A Girl's Label, Ms Lim Xue Ping, 21, who was at Fashionista, called it 'very good exposure', adding: 'You really get to meet new people, on top of your regular customers.' But getting to market is hard work.

Buying detachable clothes racks and hangers, organising and packing stock, preparing mailing lists, banners, posters, fliers and namecards - blogshops do all these ahead of time.

But Ms Genevieve Goh, co-owner of one-year-old blogshop Trooops, said it is all worth it. The publicity gained from flea market appearances has contributed to her sales running into 'definitely more than a thousand dollars' each month.

Ms Adeline Ng, 22, is looking for higher takings after her three-month-old blogshop, Chamberlove, goes to the next Fashionista.

'Competition might be tough, but if the organisers get a good crowd, I should do fine,' she said.

I guess this is a natural phenomenon since there are so many blogshops and a physical presence will definitely help them to gain exposure and also increase their customer base.

Women in groups eat more

However, if a woman eats with a smaller group of female friends, she eats less. When she dines with a man, she eats even less.

When women ate with men, they took in about 552 calories, but when eating with another woman, took in about 665.

'When it is a date situation, that's when we see a big difference,"
Prof Young said. 'As soon as there is a man in the mix, the amount of calories a woman eats decreases."

As the number of men in the group increased, the calorie count in the women's meals decreased, she found.

Prof Young suggested it may be due to social conditioning.
She said that other studies have found that thin women and women who eat less are viewed as more attractive.

One of the most underrated things about growing up is knowing just how useful it is having a mother to guide you through different social situations. You may not realise it at the time and you still may not even realise it now, however, the ability to have her over your shoulder reminding you to think before you speak every time you're about to really drop yourself in it in front of your grandparents or friends is invaluable. The problem with growing up is that we often find ourselves in social situations and, whereas in our heads the words may seem completely sound and even at times intelligent, in reality once those words leave your lips you suddenly realise you may not have chosen the ideal topic at that moment.

How many times have you been so desperate to ignite a conversation that you start up a seemingly innocent discussion on a certain topic only to see the entire mood of the table go dead? Or worse, the entire room goes silent upon hearing your statement or question on a specific topic. That silence is akin to the same silence that follows the visuals of an atom bomb just before the explosion rocks your ears or the eeriness that comes with the silence in the eye of a storm. Thankfully you can avoid these explosive conversation destroyers by simply avoiding the dangerous topics for good conversation listed below.

Political Policies

Considering most politicians have both good and bad points and that no matter how many parties the UK actually has, it's pretty fair to assume that almost anybody you meet is either Pro Labour or Conservative. This gives you less than a 50% chance of meeting someone with the same political view as you. Either way, it's a topical double-edged sword. If they are of an opposing party they're going to argue with you and disagree with your general views on a number of topics. If they agree with you the conversation is dead anyway. Politics is a no-no.

Religious Riots

In a similar vein to politics, religion is either something you agree on or something that could start a pretty unfriendly conversation. Bearing in mind that more wars have been fought over religion than politics it's a fair conclusion to assume that this topic should probably be avoided more than the previous. Considering most religion comes down to belief all you're really arguing about is who has the better invisible friend. This can be a very touchy subject and is really one to avoid.

Equality Everywhere

Whether you do go out of your way to promote equal rights across the planet or your idea of helping others is to simply avoid shouting at the charity workers that accost you to help out in struggling nations when you see them in the street, you are likely to find that most people you meet are as unwilling to speak to you about the worlds problems as they are unwilling to listen to the charity collectors speeches.

Work Worries

No matter how bad your job is or how much your boss sucks and micro-manages everything you do, try to resist the urge to tell every sympathetic ear the ins and outs of your worries. The truth is, most people are also tired of working every day and the last thing they want is to sit and listen to your stories about how bad your day was. You'll only succeed in boring them with situations they really couldn't care about. The only thing possibly worse than this to bring up in good conversation is how much you love your job, as all you'll end up doing is rubbing their own miserable job in their faces.

Insulting Innocents

No one likes to sit and listen to people criticising others. It only paints a really bad picture of the person doing the insulting. They probably don't know the person in question, which only makes them wonder if they really are as bad as you tell them they are. If they do happen to know the person in question they only begin wondering if you talk about others behind their back as well. If you're going to spend time talking about others try to make it positive at least that way people assume you only hang around cool and interesting people.

Personal Problems

As interesting as your warts may be to yourself, it's a pretty safe bet that whoever you're talking to is unlikely to find it a remarkably interesting conversation. Personal worries are unfortunately something that tends to dwell deeply on our minds and, although the old logic of a problem shared is a problem halved, you have to understand that the half you give away gets given to the other person who then has to dwell on it, worry about it and even worse visualise the problem for themselves.

As great as our parents may have been about guiding our conversations the fact is that sooner or later we have to fend for ourselves. Without being told why certain topics are off limits we often make the mistake of using them anyway to disastrous effect. However, our elders weren't correct on every topic. You may have been told to avoid the topics of sex and drugs whilst growing up due to them both being taboo. With modern society being what it is these are not only no longer awkward subjects but actually topics that people can relate to.

The basics of understanding good conversation is to avoid any topic that will leave someone else feeling awkward or which may give them reason to disagree with you. Of course this may not lead to extremely riveting discussions but it will give you polite dinner conversation that won't completely destroy the mood at the table. Obviously these are just guidelines. The truth is that topics fade in and out of being taboo and with sex and drugs now being viewed as risqué but acceptable, who knows? At some point it may become acceptable to talk about your personal hygiene issues over dinner. But for now it's probably best to stick to Girls Aloud's latest music video.

How to be a "Genius"

Sometimes we look at people who are really good at something which we aren't and our first thought will be "Wow this guy is a genius !"

But what we do not see is the hard work and effort behind the "genius" we see which may look effortless but in fact its totally opposite.

Like the saying goes It takes effort to look effortless.

Here's the inspirational story by Adam Khoo :

Recently, I was extremely humbled (and a bit embarrassed) when
someone who read my books came up to me and called me a genius. "
You are truly a genius', he said. "How are you able to write a
best-selling book so effortlessly in just 30 days?" (he was
referring to my latest book 'Profit from the Panic that has topped
the best-sellers list). "And how are you able to speak in front of
so many people and talk non-stop for 8 hours without feeling
nervous and without requiring to use any kind of notes?"

"Normal people can't do what you do", he said. " You must be just a
genius!". What many people do not realize is that my "Genius"
ability was not something I was born with. In fact, when I was
younger, I had absolutely no natural aptitude in writing or
speaking. Back in school, I was never really good at writing
English essays. My usual scores would be 'C's and 'D's. If I was
lucky, I would get a 'B' once in a while.

While talented students with the 'gift of the gab' were often given
the chance to become emcees during school events, I was a shy kid
who never dared to speak up.

So, how did I develop my 'Genius' in speaking and writing that has
helped me become a leader in my field? The answer is through over
10,000 hours of CONSISTENT HARD WORK.

How I Developed My Genius in Writing
====================================

I first got interested in writing a the age of 15 (when I was in
secondary three). At that time, I was very passionate about
learning and using accelerated learning techniques and self
motivation methods to improve in my studies. When I started to do
well, I wanted to share this knowledge with all my friends. So, I
wrote hand-written articles on study tips (on A4 paper) than I
would photocopy and distribute to my friends in class. I wrote
articles entitled 'How to improve your memory', 'the secret of
speed reading', ' smart exam tips' etc..

At the time, my writing skills were not so good so I took a long
time just to put my thoughts down on paper and I revised them over
8 times until I got them right. This was a time (1989) when i did
not know how to use a computer, so I had to write and re-write my
articles by hand until they were good enough. Besides doing my
usual school homework, I spent about 2 hours a day,everyday to
write these articles.

Three years later, I revised and refined my articles and sent them
to Teenage Magazine which had them published in their monthly
'Study Smart' column. At the age of 18, I became a part time
writer, contributing motivational articles to Teenage Magazine for
$150 an article. Slowly but surely, my gift in writing developed.

At the age of 20 (when I was in the Army), I got the inspiration to
write an entire book on empowering students to do well in school.
The book would be called 'I Am Gifted, So Are You!' Was it easy for
me to write an entire book? To tell you the truth...I almost died in
the process. I spent hours a day, late into the night (after Army
training) 'trying' hard to write each page. I would write a
sentence, delete it and re-write again. It took 4-5 excruciating
hours just to write ONE PAGE!

So, how long did it take me to write my first draft of the
manuscript? 3 YEARS! After I had completed the manuscript at age 23
(3 years later), I searched for a publisher to publish the book. I
was rejected by over 9 of them until Oxford University Press
decided to give me a chance. After the editor-in-charge read my
work, she told me that my ideas were god but my writing was
COMMERCIALLY UNVIABLE (which is a nice way of saying that my
English sucked). She asked me to re-write the whole book. I almost
fainted! It took me 3 years to write my first draft and now I have
to re-write the whole thing again?

Thankfully, I didn't give up! I took another 1 year to re-write the
book, based on the advice and pointers the editor gave me. Finally,
'I Am Gifted, So Are You!' was published in 1998 and went on to
stay on the best sellers list for 8 years. After the success of the
first book, I then wrote 'Master Your Mind, Design Your Destiny'
that was also very difficult (it took me 2 years), then I wrote
'How to Multiply Your Child's Intelligence', 'Clueless in Starting
a Business', ' Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires', 'Secrets of
Millionaire Investors' etc.... It was only AFTER I wrote 8 books that
I developed my GENIUS for now writing a best-selling book in 30
days. In fact, I can type almost as fast as I can talk now.

How I Developed My Genius in Speaking
=====================================

My genius in speaking also came about the same way. Many people say
that I have a talent for speaking but then do not realize the hours
I have put in speaking over the years to develop my abilities.

So, how did I first get the opportunity to become a public speaker?
Well, for the first 8 YEARS of my speaking career, I spoke for free
to churches, bookshops, schools, community centres etc... Why? Well,
its because nobody would ever pay for me to speak so I could only
speak for free. I started out when I was in secondary three (age
15), where I would give free motivational talks to students in
holiday camps. At the age of 24, I went round speaking in bookshops
three times a week to promote my newly launched book. Again, it was
only after 7 years of speaking of at least 3 times a week that I
developed my speaking talent!

Anyone Can Be a Genius in Something, You Just Have to Pay the Price
Many people think that talent and 'Genius' is something lucky
people are born with. The truth is that true talent is only
developed after years and years of focus and persistent hard work
on a particular skill. If YOU had spent the same number of hours as
me speaking for 7 years, you too will be able to speak very
confidently today without using notes. If YOU has spent as much
time as me writing and re-writing books and articles, you too would
be a great writer today.

So, how many hours of hard work must you put into a certain skill
before you become great at it? According to research published in
the best-selling book, ' OUTLIERS- by Malcolm Gladwell', it takes
10,000 hours to become a genius at something.

When I read the book, I indeed found it to be so true. Indeed, I
did spend more than 10,000 hours on writing and speaking UNTIL I
finally became great at it.

If you study the most successful people in the world, you will also
realize that their genius only came after more than 10,000 hours of
focus and hard work.

What makes Tiger Woods the greatest golfer of all time? Well, his
father taught him to play golf at age 3! From the age of 5, Tiger
spent at least 4-5 hours every single day hitting 800 golf balls
until he could hit them perfectly. It was only after 18 years of
non-stop practice (4-5 hours a day) that he became world number one
at the age of 21!

What makes Warren Buffett (the world's richest man) the greatest
investor in the world? Well, he started reading financial books and
began buying his first stocks at the age of 8! While his friends
were out playing games and reading comics, young Warren spent hours

SAN FRANCISCO - Micro-blogging sensation Twitter plans to begin dabbling this year with ways to pump cash from the fast-growing free service.

"We have patient investors and time for experimenting with revenue generating ideas and products," Twitter co-founder Biz Stone said late Thursday in response to an AFP inquiry.

"That being said, we'll start experimenting this year. We don't have to hit a home run right away but we're looking forward to showing some progress in this area."

Stone said in a public radio interview a day earlier that one method could be charging fees for commercial accounts used by businesses to spread messages on Twitter. Twitter in February reportedly raised an additional 35 million dollars in funding from venture capital firms.

Stone said in the radio interview that Twitter remains focused on growth. The California-based company claims to have more than six million users and a 'phenomenal growth rate' of 900 percent in the past year.

Twitter, which allows users to pepper one another with messages of 140 characters or less, has seen a dizzying surge in popularity since it was launched in August 2006 but has been unable so far to generate revenue.

"We are now positioned extremely well to support the accelerating growth of our service, further enable the robust ecosystem sprouting up around Twitter, and yes, to begin building revenue-generating products," Stone said in aFebruary blog posting.

Stone said in his online message that Twitter's "small team will grow much bigger to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead."

Cyberloafing set to increase in S'pore

SO you've been busy in front of the computer screen - but have you been busy doing work?

A conference paper authored by associate professor Vivien Lim and her student Don Chen of the National University of Singapore suggests that employees may be spending a significant amount of time 'cyberloafing', or voluntarily using their companies' Internet access for non-work personal purposes during working hours.

This, understandably, may be a cause for concern for companies. The report argues that checking email, for example, distracts employees and is especially negative because, in addition to requiring employees to devote a certain amount of time and effort to craft replies, emails generally require immediate attention and are, for the most part, not predictable.

Interestingly though, the paper states that not all types of cyberloafing are inimical to productivity - some may even be positive.

The paper reveals that browsing the Web, for example, is generally positive because it serves a maintenance function - it allows employees to cope with 'stressors such as fatigue, psychological distress, personal business and family issues'.

It is no wonder then that another study revealed that 'frequent cyberloafers are happier, more committed to their organisations, more satisfied with their jobs and less likely to quit.'

Regardless of its merits (and shortcomings), Assoc Prof Lim is certain that cyberloafing is set to increase in Singapore.

She said that three years ago, Singaporeans spent an average of 38 minutes cyberloafing per day; today, they cyberloaf an average of 51 minutes a day. The growing popularity of social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, coupled with the prevalence of multimedia-enabled mobile phones, may contribute to this trend as well, she added.

While companies may sit up and want to arrest this trend, Assoc Prof Lim cautioned firms against implementing a blanket policy that prohibits all forms of personal Web usage as such a strategy 'is not effective'.

The challenge for firms, she said, is to curb non-work related email activities among employees, while allowing them to surf the Net insofar as it serves as a motivating and stress coping strategy.

Opportunities to earn a quick buck from the internet have been around for years. But now, with the tools for online publishing well-entrenched among the masses, even more people are likely thinking about whether to see if discreet ads or product links might help with the bills. The traditional education system (thank God it's changing) never
taught us how to be rich but instead brainwashed us into becoming
poor.

We are taught beliefs like 'study hard, get good grades and a
good job and you'll be set for life!', 'investing is risky', 'don't
play with stocks or you'll get burnt', 'don't be so money-faced' or
'don't be so stingy'.

As result of all the wrong anti-wealth advice, most people work
hard all their lives, going around in circles in the rat race and
ending up broke and unhappy.

However, a fortunate few eventually learn that wealth is not made
by just getting a good job and working hard. It takes a different
way of thinking and a totally different strategy. Those that learn
this lesson get out of the rat race and onto the path of financial
abundance and freedom.

Some people take ten years to figure this out, some take thirty
years and some never figure it out until it is too late. Don't make
the same mistake!

At the same time, there are many things we do, knowing full well
that we shouldn't! Why is that so? That's because we feel like
doing it.

For example, you know that eating that extra piece of delicious
chocolate cake is bad for your weight/health but you still do it
because you feel greedy. You know that you shouldn't go back to
sleep when the alarm rings, but you still lie in because it feels
so good.

Have you ever experienced a day when you managed to get a lot of
things done? When your ideas flowed, when you made the best

form' days, you were in a series of resourceful states.

Then again, have you had days when you couldn't get anything done?
When you couldn't do anything right? You said and did the most

had exactly the same resources available to you. The difference was
that you were not in a resourceful state.

If you think about it, 'motivation', 'fear', 'confidence', 'inertia
- expressed as procrastination', are nothing but emotional states
we experience.

Emotional 'States' like 'excitement', 'passion', 'confidence', and
'happiness', 'exhilaration 'get us to take action and perform at
our peak.

At the same time, states like ' fear', 'anxiety', 'stress',
'inertia', 'depression', 'tiredness' hold us back.

It is not logic that drives our actions. It is our emotions. Very
often, we know that logically we should do something, but we don't
do it because we don't feel like doing it.

People who take consistent action and produce great results do so
because they experience many more resourceful states on a daily
basis.

It is truly our emotional 'states' that drive our actions and
behaviors all the time. How we feel truly determines what we do and
how we do it.

It is these empowering states that allow us to get the best out of
themselves!

of value you create, the time you spend creating value and your

mall to buy a new mobile phone. When I found the mobile phone shop,
I saw all kinds of brands and models on display - the price tags
they carried all differed widely.

I saw a Sony Ericsson 910i model that had a price tag of $1,400 and
a Nokia 2600 with a price tag of $238. Now, why is one mobile phone
priced seven times more than another? The answer is simple. It's
because one phone has a lot more functions and can hence create a
lot more value to the user.

The Sony Ericsson 910i is able to make calls, send & receive SMS,
send & receive MMS, record and edit videos, play & edit music, take
high quality pictures, surf the internet, entertain with games,

Starting something new is usually the most difficult thing to do.

That’s the way it is. Affiliate marketing is not easy. When you start doing this there will be times when it seems impossible and you feel like giving up. It’s not easy to shoulder all the responsibility of your business yourself. You are going to have to acquaint yourself with the fact that you are the sole decision maker. You are also the one who will make sure you’re producing as much as you can. You will not have a boss around pushing you to do more, faster. Also you need to balance this with living the life you wanted when you came up with the notion of making your living online.

But hey, it’s all rough and unpleasant. When you see the money start to roll in you will be HOOKED! Oh yes, you’ll feel like you won the lottery. And this is good! Put emphasis on times you succeeded in affiliate marketing. Trust me, it’ll help keep you in a positive state. YOU are the sole person who decides if you fail or if you succeed. It’s not up to the alignment of the stars or fate.

What you need to do as the FIRST step of becoming an affiliate marketer is GET EDUCATED! Like any other profession, you need to know what the heck you are doing in order to succeed. How to Better Manage Your Finances

I'm sure many of you including myself wonder at the end of the month, where did all my money go to ? What did I spend on and how come my savings are always so little ?

This is because many people do not know how to properly manage their finances. This is a skill that if mastered, one can become a millionaire.

This information is what I got from an email by Adam Khoo, a self-made millionaire from Singapore, who made his first million by 26.

If you want to be wealthy, do not expect it to happen
automatically. You must commit to spend time on your finances.

Millionaires spend an average of an hour a day on personal wealth
management, while most people spend less than an hour a month,
usually on paying bills.

So out of this one-hour a day, you've got to devote the first
fifteen minutes to do these five Money Management Steps

1) Always Ask for a Discount

If it is not a fixed price store, there is a 70% chance that you
will get a discount if you just ask for it. If you get a 10%
discount, it is equivalent to earning an immediate 10% return on
your money. Over the long term, you will save a huge amount that
will accelerate you even faster towards your targeted net worth.

2) Always Ask for a Receipt

Always get a receipt so that you can track every single expense at
the end of the day and, if possible, claim it as a business expense
and get a tax deduction.

3) At the End of the Day, Record all Expenses in your Daily Expense
Sheet

You can do this manually in the sample 'Daily Expense Sheet 'at the
end of the chapter or you can key it in electronically into a
template.

I highly recommend you key it into an excel spreadsheet, so it can
automatically add up the total each month.

4) Use a Credit Card Whenever You Can (but always pay the full
outstanding sum every month)

Again, this will allow you a convenient way of having all your
expenses recorded for you in the monthly statement.

5) At the End of the Month, Update Your Monthly Income Statement

At the end of every month, add up the total expenses from your
daily expense sheet and update your monthly income statement. At
the same time, update all your income for the month. Deduct your
total expenses from your total income to get your monthly savings.

You must use a system to track where every single dollar goes. Only
when you know where your money is going, can you take steps to
channel it to your savings and investments.

Doing this month after month may seem tedious, but it is absolutely
necessary if you want to build your wealth. Only when you develop
the habit of managing your personal finances, can you manage the
finances of your own business.

So many people financially mismanage their businesses into
bankruptcy because they mismanage their own finances. Don't be one
of them!
